These menus are designed to be carved from a buffet. They aim to create a spectacle in front of your guests. They fit perfectly for both formal and informal occasions.

Hog Roasts

  • Crackling

Lamb Roast

  • Roast Lamb
  • Marjoram and Apricot Stuffing
  • Mint Sauce

Rump Roast

  • Roast Beef Rumps
  • Yorkshire pudding
  • Horseradish Sauce

All of the above menus are served with:

  • Rosemary roasted new potatoes
  • Mixed leaves
  • Beef tomato, red onion and basil
  • Roasted Mediterranean vegetables
  • A selection of handmade breads
  • Fruits of the forest roulade with summer berry compote
