These menus are designed for more formal dinners and wedding breakfasts. These menus are not written in stone so feel free to change dishes like for like from the mix and match menus.
Menu 1 @ £40.95 per head
- Local pink trout and watercress terrine with horseradish dressing
- Fillet steak stuffed with Dorset blue vinny, wrapped in Wiltshire streaky bacon served with a rich red wine sauce.

- Salmon and prawn roulade on a bed of baby spinach and rocket with dill and honey mustard dressing
- Roast Medallions of Lamb with a herb crust served with a chive potato cake and a redcurrant and port sauce

- Lemon posset with shortbread biscuits and summer berry compote

- Terrine of three melons with raspberry coulis
- Roasted Sea Bass/Red snapper/sustainable Cod/Hake on a bed of Garlic mash with a roasted red pimento sauce

- Red onion and Rosary goats cheese tartlet with roasted pimento and rocket salad
