These are aimed at a more informal gathering or as individual buffets on each of your guest’s tables. You could always add a starter or a pudding to them to complete your meal.

Prices for these menus include table linen for the buffet tables, paper napkins, crockery and cutlery, staffing and equipment.

  • Chicken breasts with apricots and almonds in a korma dressing
  • Poached Salmon cutlets with dill mayonnaise
  • Vegetable roulade with roasted red pepper Sauce
  • Hot new potatoes
