Forkingout is the result of collaboration between friends, both professional chefs, with a common aim to improve the standards of food, image and service, catering for all occasions, in any situation. Our front of house team consists of trained, enthusiastic people who are interested in customers and service in a friendly and professional manner. As well as the food we offer full event management including, celebration cakes, flowers, wine, pay or free bars, themed events and the sourcing of marquees and venues.
Forkingout are proud of the high standards of quality and service that our company offers and understand that making food/menu choices for your occasion is both important and difficult.
With that in mind the following menus are suggestions and reflect the type and style of food that we offer. We hope that you find dishes that suit your occasion in our menus, but if you would like something that isn’t there, or just want something different, we will be happy to design a menu for your individual requirements.
We are committed to using local producers and companies, often friends and acquaintances that are producing high quality goods and services right on our doorstep. People such as: Lee & Chris at Prime South West, Malcolm at Chef's Delight, Julian at Leopard Diary, Gywn at Loosehanger cheese, Sandridge Farm, Peter at Stillmans, Trafalgar Fisheries, Jenny at Jenny’s Jellies, Jon at Wessex Cater Hire, Brian at R May Linen, James at Marlin Marquees and James at Quality Marquees. Some products that we use such as olive oil, lemons and olives cannot be obtained locally but we do check there origin and where ever possible use fair trade and organic produce.
At Forkingout, unlike our competitors, prices for the following menus are fully inclusive and include, staff, linen table cloths, linen napkins, crockery and cutlery, the only thing not included is VAT at its current rate of 15%.
We value the opportunity to discuss arrangements in person and will be happy to meet with you at your home or establishment, or at our kitchens at a time that suits you. When you have decided on your menu choice we offer a ‘taster’ service to ensure we are meeting your expectations.
